- Upon submitting booking requests, Mytrip.pk customer support officer will respond with booking confirmation or availability within 6 working hours (working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday)
- Upon receiving the confirmation of rooms’ availability, the customer has to make the payment within 12 hours to receive the final confirmation.
- Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability & at the hotel’s discretion. Standard Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 Pm.
- Usage of Extras i.e. other than room rent will be charged to guest directly at the time of checkout from the hotel like (extra mattress, food, laundry etc)
