  • Enter the destination of your choice in the search bar.
  • You can scroll and select a hotel. Filters can be used to shortlist the region of the hotel of your type and budget. 
  • Once you open a hotel, check the hotel details; description, pictures, location, amenities and choose a room.
  • Click on “select dates” drop down menu to select check-in & check-out dates, Number of rooms and room category, then click Book Now.
  • Fill the popup booking form and press “submit”. Once your booking request will be processed and you will be informed about room availability through an email

After you receive a confirmation email, you have to make payment within 12 hours after receiving the email otherwise your payment link will be expired.

Yes, but it depends on the availability of the room. You have to send an email to [email protected] or send WhatsApp message at +92 3 111 483 222 with your booking reference number to request for a room change.

  • During busy traffic days, it takes 10 to 20mins for the server to respond and send you the email.

An invoice will be sent to you on the email you entered at the time of booking.

No, extra expenses apart from the room rent are not included in the room price. Customers will be charged separately for any such expenses at the time of checkout.

Yes, credit card payment is acceptable by mytrip.pk.

Mytrip.pk accepts all payments in advance to ensure booking. Cash payment at the hotel reception will not be acceptable by Mytrip.pk.

Generally in Pakistan the check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm for almost all hotels. However, most hotels are flexible to accommodate their guests in case of delays.

You will need to email us your cancellation request at least 72 hours before your departure date. Please attach screenshot of payment in the email as well. Cancellation on a very short notice (48 hours or less) is not refundable.

Yes, you can change the number of days and itinerary of the tour. You can make changes to the destinations to be covered on the tour.

Yes, you can change the destination for night stay but it depends on the availability of the hotel.

You can search the destinations by using the search bar on the home page (mytrip.pk) or by clicking on destinations icon from the top menu, it will list all the destinations and you can shortlist by destinations region wise.

  • Destinations are the articles written on famous tourist locations of Pakistan. It has information regarding the location, local food, places to see, the best time to see, etc.
  • Tours are set packages for customers to go and explore destinations. These include a complete itinerary of a trip. It’s a pre-planned trip for our customers which can be altered. Tours include one or more destinations.

Part of a destination means a “place to see” of a destination. It is a minor location. A visitor can visit this place when visiting a destination. Like a person can visit a City as a destination and a mosque or temple in it as a place to see, which is the part of that city.

Routes are different ways to reach a destination. Some destinations have a single route to reach there while others can be approached via multiple routes.

If there are no tours for a destination and you want to visit the place you can send your request to [email protected] or send WhatsApp message at +92 3 111 483 222, our agent will contact you with the customized tour.

A related tour is a tour of surrounding areas that you can also visit.

If there are no hotels for a destination and you want to stay at that place you can send your request to [email protected] or send WhatsApp message at +92 3 111 483 222, our agent will contact you. It might be possible that there are no hotels in the area in that case you will have to change your night stay.

The credit card payments at mytrip.pk are powered and secured by JazzCash. After the confirmation, you will receive a link in your email, just click the link and follow the steps.

Credit card payments are highly secured and are guaranteed by JazzCash Bank.

Your credit card details will be handled by JazzCash which is a licensed bank in Pakistan and follows rules and regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan.

No, Mytrip.pk does not accept cash payments for any service and payment must be sent to mytrip.pk in advance to ensure the availability of service via secure payment options that are available.
