CUSTOMER POLICY

  1. In winters, MyTrip will cater vehicle requests with at least 48 hours of lead time and tour requests with 72 hours of lead time with 100% payment in advance. In summers, MyTrip will cater vehicle requests with at least 72 hours of lead time and tour requests with 5 days of lead time with 100% payment in advance.
  2. pk will generate a quotation for the client and only after receiving the full amount of the quote, booking will be confirmed. In case of non-availability of a service or hotel room, alternate options will be shared. If the alternate options are not accepted by the client, the amount will be refunded.
  3. No booking is confirmed until booking vouchers are shared with the client.
  4. All hotel bookings will be processed through mytrip.pk website.
  5. All payments are accepted on behalf of parent company “My Travel Guide Pvt. Ltd.”
  6. Our vendors have different policies regarding their services; for example check-in and check-out time of hotels, photo identification at the time of check in, maximum number of persons that can stay in one room, maximum number of persons in a vehicle, some hotels are only for families and proof of family is asked. While booking through MyTrip.pk you acknowledge the policy of our vendors.
  7. pk provides just mediation services between the vendors and clients. We at MyTrip try to provide best possible customer service by providing complete guidance about destinations and hotels and we try to select best possible vendors. We do not hold any responsibility for the behaviors of our vendors (which includes hotel management, airline staff or transport staff and any other service provider).
  8. 100% advance payments are charged for air ticket. Credit note of 7 days is allowed to customers on panel.

Alterations, Cancelation & Refund

  1. Regular trips: In case of cancellation of services due to flight cancelation, bad weather conditions, road blockage and any government notification, MyTrip.pk will refund or change the bookings. All refunds will be transferred after deduction of PKR 5,000 service charges. Any other cancelation reason except for above mentioned, 5% deduction will be charged by MyTrip.pk at the time of refund.
  2. Corporate trips: In case of cancellation of services due to flight cancelation, bad weather conditions, road blockage and any government notification, MyTrip.pk will refund or change the bookings after deduction of 10% of total trip cost at the time of refund. Any cancelation or modification charges by hotel, airline or any other vendor will also be deducted separately. Air ticket cancelation charge is 16$ per passenger if informed before 2 hours of flight and 25$ per passenger if informed within 2 hours prior to flight.
  3. Hotel Booking: Any change in dates of hotel booking can be requested through email or Whatsapp to only official helpline # (+92 3111483222). Mytrip.pk is an online booking platform, any additional charges due to cancelation or change of dates from hotel will be applied on customer and Mytrip.pk shall pass on hotel policy to customer.
  4. Group Trips: In case of cancellation of services due to flight cancelation, bad weather conditions, road blockage and any government notification, MyTrip.pk will refund or change the bookings. All refunds will be transferred after deduction of 10% service charges. Customers must pay 100% amount to confirm the trip 10 days prior to departure date. Any cancelation due to any personal or any other reason not mentioned above, there will be zero refund.
  5. Air Ticket: Ticket cancellation amount from airline will be charged to customer directly. Charges of any changes/alteration in the tickets will be applied to customer and shall be communicated once the airline responds. Refund amounts will be transferred to customer once refund is received from airline to MyTrip.
  6. At the time of refund, any cancelation or modification charges by hotel, airline or any other vendor will also be deducted.
  7. In case of return flight cancelation from Gilgit and Skardu, any additional charges of by road return will be paid by customer in cash.
  8. Customer can alter booking dates only one (1) time due to any emergency. New dates will be adjusted subject to availability of hotels/vehicles/air ticket and revised charges will be applied and any cancelation charges will be deducted as mentioned in point 8, 9,10 & 11.
  9. Any change in fuel prices or dollar rate fluctuation shall be applied to customer directly.
  10. After receiving of payment, any change in bookings like change in travel dates, upgradation of car, room category, change of hotel or air ticket; will be subject to availability and any additional charges will be billed to customer.
  11. In case of any change in bookings after the payment and during the trip, any additional charges after alterations must be paid online to MyTrip.pk (on behalf of “My Travel Guide Pvt. Ltd.). MyTrip reserves the right to suspend services in case of not receiving the pending payment from customer.
